In 2025 I made a commitment to myself that I was going to start buying products directly from the manufacturer instead of third party sites. In keeping with this promise, I bought a tray from TFD for my Peloton and was so excited to receive it so I could bike and work at the same time.
Shipping was quick- I received the package in about two days and it was packed well. I took the protective coating off and went to put it on my bike and realized I made a mistake and ordered the tray for the original Peloton Bike, not the Bike+. I was really disappointed and reached out to TFD expecting to rightfully pay for return shipping since this was my error. Instead, a wonderful customer service rep named Jess was very helpful and walked me through the process. In the end, TFD shipped me a new tray for the Bike + and I was able to gift the original Peloton tray to my coworker, who was elated.
Not only is the customer service incredible, the quality of the tray is unmatched, and I love the dark version since it matches the aesthetic of the Peloton well. I'm sitting here writing this review using the tray and couldn't be happier with this product as it is large enough to hold my laptop, mouse and cellphone, but not so large that it's difficult to pedal or get on/off the bike . TFD has a customer for life!
