Flawed Adjusters! These are rare but occasionally we have an Adjuster returned or scratched in production. We have gone back through assembly and QC to ensure operation and integrity is still perfect. These Adjusters have only cosmetic flaws and retain our standard forever warranty.
Finally handlebar adjustment at a lower cost. :)
